Project details
This Degree Level Apprenticeship provides hands-on experience, access to industry-leading mentors, and the opportunity to earn a fully funded degree through MK:U. Given that the logistics industry has traditionally been male-dominated, this programme is a significant step towards building a stronger pipeline of female leaders in operations.
To showcase the excitement and impact of this initiative, we travelled to both MK:U and DHL Supply Chain in Milton Keynes to capture interviews with six key voices, including DHL staff and MK:U faculty. These interviews provided insight into the programme’s objectives, benefits, and long-term vision. Over two days of filming, we focused on creating a dynamic and engaging narrative, ensuring the final video conveyed the energy and importance of the programme.
With a tight turnaround, we worked efficiently to edit and deliver the video in time for National Apprenticeship Week, aligning with the official launch. The result was a compelling, high-impact video that effectively communicated DHL’s commitment to nurturing female talent and driving positive change within the supply chain industry.
